Seth Bass

Seth Bass has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Seth joined Cole Industrial, Inc. in 2017 and has held various roles including Service Manager, IT Manager, and currently, Director of Information Technology. Prior to that, Seth worked at R.F. MacDonald Co., where they served as a Project Manager & System Administrator, Foreman / Project Manager / Field QA Representative, and Executive Assistant / Manager in Training. Seth's early career includes positions in the US Navy where they fulfilled roles such as Training and Safety Department Head, Aircraft Launching and Recovery Officer / Hangar Deck Division Officer, Instructor Navigator / Training Division Officer, and Maintenance Division Officer and Aircraft Mission Commander. Throughout their career, Seth has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Seth Bass completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University from 1997 to 1999. Seth then pursued further education in Lean Six Sigma by obtaining a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University in 2012. Prior to their time at Hawaii Pacific University, Seth attended Enterprise State Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science, although they did not receive a degree from this institution.
