Erica Rodriguez-Roman

Erica Rodriguez-Roman has a diverse work experience in the legal and business development field. Erica began their career as a paralegal at the New York County District Attorney's Office in 2003. In 2008, they joined Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer as an Associate Attorney, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Bloomberg Law as a Research Attorney and Client Relationship Manager, and they stayed in this role until 2014. Erica then worked as an Account Manager at Bloomberg BNA from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Director of Business Development at David Feldman Worldwide. Currently, they are the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Cole Schotz P.C., a position they have held since August 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Development Manager at Cole Schotz P.C., starting in September 2016.

Erica Rodriguez-Roman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology at Union College from 1999 to 2003. Erica then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Rutgers Law School from 2006 to 2008.
