Amber Robinson's work experience spans over several years in various educational roles. Amber began their career at Winchester Public Schools as a Math Instructor from August 2007 to June 2009. Amber then joined the University of Phoenix in December 2010, where they worked as a Professor for the Education Department and Mathematics Department until December 2016. During their time at the University of Phoenix, Amber's responsibilities included coaching, teaching, and supervising individuals seeking to become Elementary Educators. In 2015, they joined Odyssey Online Learning School as a Mathematics Teacher and later became the Department Chair from July 2017 to May 2018. From 2017 to the present, Amber has been working at Northstar Academy, initially as a Math Instructor and later transitioning to Curriculum Development. Their most recent career move is at CoLearn, where they hold the role of Math Content Lead since May 2021 and recently became the Executive Director starting from May 2022.

Amber Robinson began their education journey in 2002 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics. Amber completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. In 2007, they enrolled at Kaplan University and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Teaching and Learning, with a specialization in Special Education in 2008. Amber's current educational pursuit is a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education at Walden University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
