Laurentia van Lennep has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laurentia began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Hazleton Pumps, where they supported the Sales Director in various marketing activities, including creating marketing materials and organizing customer events.
After that, Laurentia worked as a Coordinator at South African Breweries, supporting the Premium Brands' sales team in arranging on-site and off-site sales promotions. Laurentia also compiled weekly sales reports and managed promotional items.

Laurentia later joined PerfectlyBasics B.V. as a UX Developer, where they worked for nearly two years before moving on to Axendo - Fullservice Digital Agency as a Frontend Web Developer. Most recently, Laurentia is employed at Colect as a Frontend Web Developer.
Laurentia van Lennep completed their education at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons) in Marketing Management in 2005.
In addition to their formal education, Laurentia van Lennep obtained several certifications. In 2007, they completed the "Webpage and Internet Design" certification from Unisa. In 2010, they completed the "Intellectual Property Specialization Program (WIPO)" from the same institution. In 2016, they obtained the "Frontend Developer" and "Visual Design" certifications from Skillcrush.
