Lee Shone

Lee Shone is an experienced professional in business innovation and project management, currently serving as the Business Innovation Manager at Coleg Cambria since February 2011. Shone leads and facilitates Business Improvement projects and Innovation initiatives across multiple sites. Previously, Shone worked as a Lean Consultant and BIT Trainer, providing tailored consultancy aligned with business strategies and delivering assessments for City & Guilds BIT NVQ qualifications. Prior roles include Centre Manager at NVQ Training Group Ltd, where center approval and funding were secured, and Lean Assessor at The Training Partnership Ltd, where training was provided to learners at various NVQ levels. Education was completed at John Summers High School between 1990 and 1995.
