Natalie Connor

Natalie Connor has extensive work experience in the education sector. Natalie currently holds the position of Vice Principal for Life Skills and Adult Studies at Coleg Cambria since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Strategic Lead for Post 16 at Kaleidoscope Learning Trust from April 2022 to September 2022. From July 2021 to April 2022, they served as the Assistant Principal for Technical Skills, English, and Maths at Hughbaird FE College. Natalie has also held various roles at Hugh Baird College, including Interim Vice Principal Curriculum & Quality, Assistant Principal, Director of Languages, Maths & Adult Studies, Assistant Director of Quality for the Directorate of Languages, Maths, and Adult Studies, Senior Practitioner for Quality, Lecturer in Mathematics, and Community Relations Specialist. Natalie started their career as a Bookkeeping Clerk at Taskers DIY in 1997.
