Cristián Cofré

Cristián Cofré is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and education. As a Co-Founder of Conexión Ingenieros since November 2010, Cristián has focused on enhancing operations, particularly in human resources through services like outplacement and coaching, while also improving engineering recruitment services. Additionally, since June 2014, Cristián has served as an Industrial Counselor at the Colegio de Ingenieros de Chile, engaging in professional development activities and fostering camaraderie among industrial professionals. In academia, Cristián has been an academic at the Universidad de Valparaíso since August 2015, teaching Innovation and Entrepreneurship to Industrial Civil Engineering students and serving as the editor of the Escuela's magazine. Previously, Cristián taught a business development course at Universidad de Chile between March 2011 and August 2016. Prior to these roles, Cristián held various positions at Movistar Chile and Bellsouth Chile. Cristián holds a degree in Ingeniero Civil Industrial from Universidad de Chile, obtained between 1996 and 2003.
