Matías Ignacio Izaza Toro

Matías Ignacio Izaza Toro is an experienced professional in civil industrial engineering with a background in project management and contract administration. Currently serving as the Secretary of the Young Engineer Commission at the Colegio de Ingenieros de Chile A.G. since January 2023, Matías has also held the position of Contracts Administrator at WSP Chile y Argentina since October 2022, managing contracts in various mining operations. Previous roles include Project Management Engineer at Wood E&I Chile and various engineering and tutoring positions where responsibilities encompassed project planning, community engagement, and academic support in mathematics. Matías is further enhancing professional expertise through a Diploma in Strategic Management and Planning at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
