Carlos Dueñas Abellán

Carlos Dueñas Abellán is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as the Technical Director at WHITE INVESTING SA and Vice President of the Instituto de Graduados e Ingenieros Técnicos de España (INGITE), Carlos has held various leadership roles, including President of the Colegio de Ingenieros Técnicos de Obras Públicas. Previous positions include overseeing projects and construction at CEMA CONSULTING INGENIERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN S.L. and managing civil works at ELECNOR. As an educator, Carlos taught building and prefabrication at Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia and has been involved in research at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Carlos holds multiple degrees in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Renewable Energies, complemented by ongoing doctoral studies in civil engineering.
