David Chadwell

David Chadwell currently serves as Chief Learning Officer at Colegio Franklin Delano Roosevelt, The American School of Lima, since July 2025. Previously, Chadwell held the position of Associate Head of School of Teaching and Learning and Curriculum Director at Saigon South International School from July 2018 to July 2025. A consultant from 2005 to July 2018, Chadwell advised educational institutions across the United States, Europe, and South America on concepts such as gender-based and single-gender education. Earlier roles include Director of Teaching and Learning at Cairo American College, Coordinator for Single-Gender Initiatives at the South Carolina Department of Education, and various teaching positions. Chadwell's education includes a BA in Philosophy from Kalamazoo College, an MA in Philosophy and Social Policy from American University, and an MA in Teaching from the University of South Carolina.
