Norma Guerra has been working at Colegio Ingles since 2001, holding various positions including Processes and Projects and currently serving as the Human Resources Head. With a master's degree in Education from Southern New Hampshire University and a degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Universidad de Monterrey, Norma oversees recruitment, professional development, payroll, organizational communication, and event planning at the school.
