Oswaldo Monroy

Oswaldo Monroy has worked at various companies since 2009. Oswaldo began their career at Grupo VS, where they held the role of Co-Fundador & COO, coordinating operations of over 50 employees and managing a team of 40 salespeople to increase sales by an average of 20% monthly for 5 consecutive years. In 2015, they co-founded Virtualpymes.com, a platform designed for the community of administrators and accountants in Venezuela, providing cloud-based work tools and low-cost online training. In 2016, they co-founded Metzis.com, a marketplace for educational activities that connects people and institutions who want to teach with people who want to learn and certify in a particular subject. In 2017, they co-founded Farmapet.com.ve, an e-commerce for pet products and services, and was also a Co-Organizer for the Startup Weekend Maracay event, sponsored by Google. Finally, in 2018, they co-founded Colektia, where they developed and supervised sales/operations processes, commercial strategies, marketing strategies, and built a team with the best available talent.

Oswaldo Monroy's education history includes a degree in Administration and Management of Companies, General from the Universidad Politécnica Territorial del Estado Aragua “Federico Brito Figueroa” between 1999 and 2001.
