Cathy Jo Witters is a Risk and Compliance Manager at Coleman Oil Company since May 2021, bringing extensive experience in risk management from previous roles as a Risk Management Advisor at Stonebraker McQuary Insurance from August 2014 to May 2021, and as an SSI/SSDI Advocate for Public Consulting Group from March 2009 to August 2014. Cathy Jo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies from Lewis-Clark State College and has also studied at the University of Idaho and The College of Idaho between 2002 and 2003.
