Heather Norrington

Heather Norrington is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in various roles within market research. Currently serving as Research Director at Coleman Parkes Research since April 2021, Heather previously worked as a Freelance Research Consultant, contributing to qualitative studies focused on housing association tenants. From March 2012 to October 2020, Heather was an Associate Director and Insight Specialist at Watermelon Research, where responsibilities included proposal writing, quantitative fieldwork management, and qualitative analysis. A prior role as Research Manager at GfK involved overseeing national and international research projects in technology and financial services.
