Jennifer Waugh

Jennifer Waugh, Ph.D., LPCC-S, is an experienced professional in counselor education and mental health. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Clinical Director at Kent State University since June 2013, Jennifer teaches various courses, including Practicum, Advanced Counseling Procedures, and Cultural Diversity. Additionally, Jennifer works as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at the Humanistic Counseling Center and provides clinical supervision and emergency mental health services at Coleman Professional Services, where Jennifer has been employed since 2012 and previously directed operations from 2007 to 2012. Jennifer’s educational background includes a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, obtained from Kent State University between 2011 and 2019, and a Master's degree in Community Counseling, earned from the same institution from 2006 to 2009.
