Mackenzie Graham has worked for several organizations since 2018. Mackenzie began their career as an Intern for Councilman R. Daniel Lavelle at Pittsburgh City Council in 2018. Mackenzie then worked as a Property Management Intern at Oakland Planning and Development Corporation, where they managed the tenant database and organized tenant files in compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development policy, developed capital needs budgets for the organization's affordable housing properties, corresponded with hundreds of applicants about the affordable housing screening process, and performed outreach to engage neighborhood residents in initiatives, including the Oakland Community Land Trust. In 2019, they were an AmeriCorps VISTA - Development & Communications Specialist at Fifth Avenue Committee and a Political Science Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh. Currently, they are a Project Administration Manager and Administrative Assistant at Coleridge Initiative.
