Heather Ehresman Wiener

Heather Ehresman Wiener has over 15 years of experience in education and coaching within the beauty industry. Currently serving as Education & Coaching at Coles Salon since February 2007, Heather focuses on coaching team members in business building and customer service, providing them with tools and systems to cultivate successful careers. Previously, Heather worked as a Corporate Trainer at Aveda Corporation from December 2002 to January 2007, where responsibilities included developing curriculum and facilitating workshops for various stakeholders. Heather holds two Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Studies from Bethel University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
