Shelby Tschida

Shelby Tschida has extensive experience in customer service and event coordination, currently serving as the First Impressions Team Lead at Cole's Salon since July 2017, where responsibilities include store operations, wedding party coordination, and new employee training. The role builds on prior experience as a First Impressions Team Member, organizing schedules for beauty professionals and enhancing customer experiences. Notable internships include a Social Media Marketing position at Chaska, where Shelby designed graphics and managed content, and an Event Coordinator role for the Interior Design Organization, planning various educational and social events.
