Jennifer Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management at Coles. Prior roles include Regional HR Manager, State Loss Manager, HR Business Partner, and State Product and People Safety Manager, where significant improvements in HR solutions, safety compliance, and operational integrity were achieved. As the current Head of Coles Services, Jennifer leads a team of 8,000 and has successfully transformed the department into a revenue-generating division with full P&L accountability.
