Lauren Shepherd

Lauren Shepherd is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in brand management, customer data, and loyalty strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Brand and Media at Coles Group, Lauren has held significant roles at MECCA Brands as the General Manager of Customer Data, Personalisation and Loyalty, and at carsales.com.au as the GM of Consumer Knowledge and Engagement. Previous experience includes positions at CrownBet Pty Limited, Suncorp Group, AAMI Insurance, and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where Lauren developed and executed impactful marketing strategies, managed substantial budgets, and led teams to achieve business objectives. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Commercial Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington, along with a Certificate in Direct Marketing from The Marketing Association, New Zealand.
