Nathalie Beddiar

Nathalie Herault Beddiard is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food industry. Since October 2023, Nathalie has served as the owner of Atelier Colette Chocolaterie. Prior to this, Nathalie owned Colette Bakery, an authentic French bakery located near Boston, since April 2020. Additionally, Nathalie owned High Spot Deli from 2017 until June 2024. Earlier in Nathalie's career, from July 1998 to January 2017, Nathalie worked as a personnel navigant for Air France, gaining valuable skills in customer service and operations.
