Soaham currently serves as a Customer Development Executive at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd since December 2022, managing a General Trade business worth 3 crores monthly, overseeing 10 distributors, 1 PSR, and 22 DSRs within the Konkan Belt of Maharashtra. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Development Officer and CD Intern at Amul (GCMMF) from May to July 2022, as well as a Sales and Marketing Intern at the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in March and April 2020, and Field Logger. Soaham holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Marketing from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and Sri Balaji University in Pune, completed between July 2021 and May 2023.
