Vijay Laxmi Pal

Vijay Laxmi Pal is currently a LEAP Associate in Sales & Marketing at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd. Previously, they held various roles within the company including a CDO Stint in Kolkata, a Retail Marketing Stint in Mumbai, and a Brand Stint working on MaxFresh in Mumbai. Prior to their current position, they interned as a LEAP Intern in Sales & Marketing at the same company. Before joining Colgate-Palmolive, they worked as a Software Engineer at Cvent and as a Data Analyst Intern at Shadowfax Technologies Pvt Ltd. They pursued a post-graduate program in management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
