Aditya Singh

Aditya Singh is the current VP, APAC at Colgate Palmolive. Aditya has held this position since April 2021.

Previously, they were the World Wide Director Global Talent Acquisition at Colgate-Palmolive from April 2015 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the construction, implementation, and governance of the global Talent Acquisition strategy and oversight of global recruitment operations. Aditya provided expertise in specific areas of talent acquisition strategy including, workforce planning, employment branding, social media ,sourcing, process improvement, and technology enhancement with a focus on AI enablement. Aditya was also responsible for setting global policies, programs, and processes and worked with the hubs/subsidiaries to address strategic issues.

Before their role as World Wide Director Global Talent Acquisition, Aditya Singh was the Vice President - HR at Colgate-Palmolive from September 2008 to March 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing HR leadership as regards managing all aspects of people processes; setting the template for future capability building / enhancement in the organization to achieve objectives of growth & market expansion; addressing the current requirements and also assessing market developments and opportunities; and ensuring that the organization has the necessary talent depth & breadth to leverage it.

Aditya Singh completed a Colgate Leadership Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. They also have a M.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Hindu College, University of Delhi. Additionally, they have an AISSCE in General Studies from Mayo College, Ajmer and certificates in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn, AIII from the Insurance Institute of India, Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork, and SHRM - GPHR from SHRM.
