Ayesha Simons

Ayesha Simons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and supplier diversity, currently serving as Sr. Director of Supplier Diversity & Global Project Management at Colgate-Palmolive since June 2008. Ayesha has led the Bright Smiles, Bright Futures community oral health initiative in North America while also implementing global business initiatives and enhancing capabilities across various functions. Prior roles at Colgate include directing project management for global initiatives and overseeing packaging development for oral care and personal care products. Ayesha's earlier experience includes managing product development teams at Kraft Foods and Nabisco. Ayesha holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Howard University, along with an international business degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
