Barbara Thomas

Barbara Thomas has over 35 years of experience in the chemical and consumer goods industries, most notably serving as Sr. Director of Global Raw Material Management at Colgate-Palmolive from January 1988 to September 2023. In this role, Barbara oversaw the procurement and management of raw materials. Prior to this position, Barbara held the role of Director of Technology, managing research and development for North American Personal Care products. Barbara holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Cornell University, completed in January 1988, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Miami University, earned in January 1983.
