Brenda Przybyla

Brenda Przybyla, MS, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global People Relations Project Manager at Colgate-Palmolive since May 2014, where Brenda leads strategic HR projects and oversees the implementation of the UKG/Kronos Time & Attendance solution across 22 countries. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and HR Plant Leader at Owens Corning Fiberglas, providing HR leadership at the plant level. Brenda's extensive background also includes various managerial roles at BI-LO, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development and operations training for over 10,000 employees. Brenda holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lander University.
