Ekta Shah

Ekta Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytical sciences, currently serving as the Sr. Research Scientist and Analytical Sciences Team Lead at Colgate-Palmolive since May 2007. In this role, Shah provides advanced analytical solutions to enhance category growth across the India, Africa, Middle East, and Europe markets, leading a team of nine skilled professionals. Ekta's career at Colgate-Palmolive includes roles focusing on oral care, personal care, and home care stability, as well as competition product profiling and raw material management. Prior to this, Shah worked as a Research Chemist at Geo Chem Group, specializing in quality control for drug products and intermediates. Ekta is currently pursuing a Senior Leadership Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Mumbai University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce.
