Emma Rolfe

Emma Rolfe is an accomplished professional in supply chain management and e-commerce, currently serving as SVP Supply, Demand & E-commerce at Colgate-Palmolive. With extensive experience at both Colgate-Palmolive and Hill's Pet Nutrition, Emma has held several key positions, including Director Demand for Hill's and Director of the APAC Division Demand at Colgate-Palmolive. Emma also served as CS&L Director for the EMEA region at Hill's and held the role of Global Homecare Category Network Operations Director. Emma began the professional journey after earning a Bachelor of Science in Food Manufacturing Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 1996.
