Jennifer Boada-Rodriguez

Jennifer Boada-Rodriguez is an experienced packaging professional currently serving as Director of Global Oral Care Packaging at Colgate-Palmolive since May 2006. In this role, Jennifer oversees various aspects of packaging including innovation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement across oral care products. Previous positions include NA Oral Care Packaging Manager and Senior Technical Associate focused on global packaging innovation and development. Jennifer began a career in packaging at L'Oreal USA within the Luxury Division before transitioning to roles at Colgate-Palmolive. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rutgers University, an M.S. in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has additional education from New York University.
