Rich Abucewicz

Rich Abucewicz is a seasoned professional in the packaging industry, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Packaging for North America at Colgate-Palmolive since November 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Director, Packaging at Shiseido Americas Corporation from November 2016 to October 2025 and Director of Packaging Innovation at L'Oréal from December 2011 to November 2016. Rich Abucewicz also held the position of Director of Product Development at Rexam Personal Care from April 1996 to November 2011 and began a career as an Engineer at The Siemon Company from 1992 to 1995. Rich Abucewicz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, completing studies in 1992.
