Salvatore Troise has extensive experience in brand management and digital transformation, currently serving as the Director of Brand Experience and Digital Transformation for Southern Europe at Colgate-Palmolive since March 2020. Troise leads brand strategy across multiple countries, focusing on omni-demand generation through integrated media and eCommerce initiatives. Previously, Troise held the position of Marketing Director for Personal & Home Care in Southern Europe, where leadership of Consumer Experience Marketing encompassed several well-known brands, including Sanex and Palmolive. Early career roles at Barilla Group included Brand Manager, where Troise developed long-term brand strategies and innovative marketing campaigns. Additionally, Troise has been a Lecturer at 24ORE Business School since January 2020, teaching marketing and digital strategy.
