Sarala Menon (Bhaskaran) possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, having held prominent positions at Colgate-Palmolive as Executive Vice President for both End to End Supply Chain and Manufacturing and Product Supply Chain, as well as Director of CS&L for the Central Europe West Hub covering Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Additional roles include serving as an Independent Director at NGL Fine Chem Limited and a focus on supply chain functions at Asian Paints.
