Sriram Venkatasubramanian

Sriram Venkatasubramanian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice-President of Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Logistics at Colgate-Palmolive since January 2024, Sriram previously held senior leadership roles at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included overseeing the global supply chain for a large network of manufacturing sites. Earlier positions include Wholetime Director at Reckitt, Regional Manufacturing Director for the AMESA region, and Director of Supply Chain at Fonterra, where Sriram led significant initiatives in demand forecasting, manufacturing processes, and business transformation. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur with a degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Sriram has built a strong career characterized by strategic leadership and operational excellence.
