Swati Jeyakumar

Swati Jeyakumar is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and personal care industry, having held significant roles in leading companies such as Colgate-Palmolive and L'Oréal. At Colgate-Palmolive, Swati served as Director of Oral Beauty & Personal Care Marketing, where notable achievements included leading the launch of India's first Purple whitening toothpaste and completing the Oral Beauty Category Creation Strategy. In previous positions at L'Oréal, Swati demonstrated leadership in skincare marketing, doubling business growth and managing prominent brands like Garnier. Swati began career at DIAGEO India and Larsen & Toubro, where early roles included trade marketing and software engineering, respectively. Swati holds a PGDM in Marketing with a minor in Finance from Xavier Institute of Management and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
