Paul Robins is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in asset maintenance and management within the water industry. Currently serving as an Asset Maintenance Engineer Treatment and previously as Asset & Maintenance Engineer Sewer at Coliban Water since 2013, Paul has specialized in maintenance programming for sewer-related assets, including recycled water, and optimizing planned maintenance programs. Prior experience includes Asset Management Coordinator at Mount Alexander Shire Council, where responsibilities encompassed managing assets for infrastructure and optimizing asset management systems. Additionally, Paul worked as a Water Process Controller at Campaspe Asset Management Services, a Southern Urban Operator at Serco, and as a Fitter & Machinist at Ordnance Factory Bendigo, where skills were honed through a comprehensive apprenticeship and extensive hands-on work on military vehicle prototypes. Coliban Water was established on July 1, 1992 under the Water Act 1989 as a Regional Urban Water Authority. Coliban Region Water Authority became the Coliban Region Water Corporation on July 1, 2007. The Corporation is responsible to the Minister for Water and our shareholder is the Victorian Government. Coliban Water is one of the larger Victorian Regional urban water corporations, with an area of responsibility covering approximately 20 percent of Victoria. Coliban Water manages, maintains and operates over 50 reservoirs and water storage basins across North-Central Victoria and provides water and wastewater services to rural and urban customers across an area of 16,550sqkm. The service area includes 49 towns, extending from Cohuna and Echuca in the north to Kyneton and Trentham in the south. The western boundary incorporates Boort, Wedderburn, Bealiba and Dunolly and the eastern boundary includes Heathcote and Tooborac.
