Gary van Zinderen

Gary Van Zinderen is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in facilities and business operations, currently self-employed in community association management and real estate. Holding both a Community Association Management License and a Florida Real Estate Associate License, Gary Van Zinderen has also accumulated qualifications as a certified COVID-19 contact tracer and is pursuing a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Dakota. Previous roles include serving as Dean of Students at the University of Jamestown and Director of the Lane University Center at Frostburg State University, where responsibilities encompassed student life development, operational management, and budget oversight. Gary Van Zinderen has a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
