James Vargo

James Vargo is an accomplished attorney and business owner with extensive experience in various professional fields. As the Attorney and Owner of James A. Vargo & Associates, LLC, LPA since November 1998, Vargo specializes in estate planning, debt resolution, bankruptcy, business formation, and real estate representation. In addition, Vargo operates View of Space Photography LLC, offering photography services across multiple genres since December 2012. As the Executive Pastor of Fil-Am Unity Church since August 2018, Vargo provides religious services to the Philippine-American community and supports charitable initiatives for children in the Philippines. Vargo also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Hondros College, teaching Real Estate Law and Business Law since October 2000, and at Real Estate Express, providing instruction for Pennsylvania prelicense real estate courses since July 2021. Vargo's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Akron, and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cuyahoga Community College.
