Msc Ire Marlene Montenegro-Toirac

Marlene Montenegro-Toirac, MSc IRE, is an accomplished real estate instructor currently employed at Colibri Real Estate since October 2020. With extensive experience as a consultant from January 2000 to September 2020, Montenegro-Toirac also contributed to the academic field as an adjunct faculty member at both Miami Dade College and Nova Southeastern University between 2000 and 2002. Montenegro-Toirac holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami, and an Associate of Science in Radio and Television Production from Miami Dade College.
