Nancie Balun is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Real Estate Instructor at Colibri Real Estate since March 2022. In addition, Nancie is a vacation blogger for House Magazine-Design-Architecture-Lifestyle and an author of "Selling Up! How to Sell a Home for More Money and in Less Time." Nancie has been a Broker-Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker since July 2008, specializing in estate and historical home sales with a focus on Millennial and Gen X buyers. Nancie also has a background in publication as the New Jersey Bureau Chief for Builder & Remodeler/House Magazine and as Vice President of Marketing for Tadco Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing marketing for various housing projects. Nancie holds an MFA in Museology/Business Management from Syracuse University and a BA in Art History from Rutgers University.
