Andi Farrant, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in operations and client management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Operations at POINTERWISE since October 2021 and as Client Liaison at Coligos Consulting, Andi has demonstrated expertise in developing client relationships and facilitating contract processes. Prior roles include Director of People at Advanced Urology, where leadership development and employee engagement were prioritized, along with successful COVID-19 response initiatives. Andi also has a strong background in HR operations at Piedmont Healthcare and Ultimate Software, focusing on employee relations, workforce integrations, and customer success.
