Sue Campbell

Sue is a special counsel in the corporate and commercial team.

Sue has extensive experience advising private companies and family businesses in range of commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and joint ventures, business licensing, franchising, corporations compliance and fundraising, and business advisory.

Sue advices on legal and commercial issues relating to the Corporations Act, Australian Consumer Law and the Personal Property Securities Act.

Sue has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Deakin University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2001.

Sue joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2021.
