Vaibhav Vyas has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on business development, marketing, and operations. Vaibhav started their career as an Executive Assistant at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., where they gained valuable insight into corporate structures and responsibilities. Vaibhav then moved on to Artha Real Estate Corporation Limited, where they held roles as a Business Manager and International Business Development Manager. In 2017, they became the General Manager at Shriram Properties Private Ltd, leading successful launches in Bangalore, Chennai, and Kolkata. Vaibhav then joined Pashmina Developers as a Business Head in 2018 and Captico India Services Pvt Ltd as a Sales Director, achieving impressive revenue growth in both roles. Currently, they are working as the Chief Growth Officer at Colive, Future of Living, managing the entire PropEx business and leading revenue generation strategies. Vaibhav has also held positions as the Head of Product Management & Operations and the Head of Marketing, where they were responsible for various aspects of marketing, branding, and lead generation. Vaibhav Vyas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Institute For Technology and Management, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Vaibhav'sarea of focus during their studies was in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor in Commerce degree from Delhi University, which they pursued from 2006 to 2009. Vaibhav Vyas also obtained a certification in Dubai rera from the Dubai Land Department in August 2015.
