Loredana Lechner

Loredana Lechner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Loredana started their career in 2013 as a German Teacher for young students aged 10 to 18 at Associazione Arco Giovani. In 2015, they worked as a Course Leader at EF Education First, leading groups of students abroad and ensuring the study tour experience was of high quality. Loredana also worked as a Student Assistant & Communication Intern for the MOOC Course eTourism at UNESCO Chair in ICT, assisting learners and facilitating communication within the team. In 2016, they took on consultancy projects for Regional DMOs & Congressual Center at webatelier.net.

From 2017 to 2020, Loredana worked at Evaneos, where they initially served as a Sourcing Agent - Internship, responsible for sourcing, audit, and recruitment of worldwide DMC partners. Loredana then progressed to the role of International Business Development Manager, responsible for sourcing, audit, and recruitment across several markets and actively contributing to CRM development. During their time at Evaneos, they also focused on B2B communication to increase brand awareness and engage with new prospects.

In 2020, Loredana joined ManoMano as a Key Account Manager, managing a portfolio of key brands and distributors in the Italian DIY and home improvement industry. Loredana'sresponsibilities included selling business services, analyzing sales performance, negotiating partnerships and exclusive deals, and optimizing processes.

Most recently, they joined Colizey in 2021 as the Country Manager Italy, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives in the Italian market.

Loredana Lechner's education history includes a Master of Arts in Economics and Communication with a focus on International Tourism, which they obtained from USI Università della Svizzera italiana from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Politikwissenschaft und Internationale Beziehungen (Political Science and International Relations) from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2012 to 2013. Earlier, Loredana pursued European and international politics studies at Università di Trento from 2010 to 2012.
