Johann Sebastian Monsalve Palencia has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Johann Sebastian started their career in 2008 as an Incident Management Lead Analyst at SITA, where they were responsible for managing IPVPN communications infrastructure for Avianca-Taca and ensuring the availability of communication services. Johann Sebastian also administered security services such as web security, antivirus, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.

In 2013, Johann joined AR CONSTRUCCIONES S.A.S as an Oficial Seguridad Informatica. In this role, they created and supervised security plans to guarantee the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information. Johann Sebastian implemented information security measures in compliance with standards and protocols such as ISO 27000 and ISO 20,000.

From 2015 to 2018, Johann worked as a Manager IT at Knauf. Here, they managed the company's technological platform to improve and innovate processes and services. Johann Sebastian optimized the use of IT resources and ensured strategic planning aligned with corporate processes. Johann Sebastian also supervised the alignment of information systems with corporate processes.

Currently, Johann is working as an IT Technical Account Manager at Collab since December 2018.

Johann Sebastian then went on to complete a specialization in Business Management and Telecommunications Services at U. de San Buenaventura, Bogotá.
