Sham Patel is the President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and founder of Collabera, a leading minority-owned IT staffing firm headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ. Since founding the company in 1996, Sham has driven its expansion to over 60 locations and more than 15,000 employees worldwide, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies across various sectors. In addition to Collabera, Sham is also the founder of Ascendion and Sahaj Anand Trust. Sham earned a Master’s degree in Physics/Electronics from Sardar Patel University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
