Baz Baruah

Baz Baruah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Baz began their career in 2008 as a Software Developer at Brightbox, where they worked until 2011. From 2010 to 2014, they also served as a Web Developer at The Allotment Brand Design. In 2011, Baz co-founded EmberAds and worked as a Co-founder until 2013. Baz then joined Telescope as the Head of Software Development from 2010 to 2017.

Afterwards, Baz worked at Trio Business Solutions Ltd as a Director from 2018 to 2019. During this time, they also became a Profit First Professional at Profit First Professionals from 2019 to 2020. In 2018, they joined AQR International as a Software Consultant. From 2016 onwards, Baz was also involved with The Art and Science of Ruby, where they had roles as a Ruby on Rails Consultant and Business Consultant until 2021.

In 2021, Baz joined Collabor8online as the Chief Technical Officer, overseeing document management and online collaboration for the construction industry. Finally, in 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Standard Procedure, focusing on providing tools for solo consultants, freelancers, and virtual assistants in order to achieve better results.
