Fadi Abou Younes has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Fadi started their career at Campaigner in 2006 as a Software Developer, where they were involved in the complete software life cycle and led meetings with clients to determine their requirements. Fadi also estimated time and effort for their team lead and documented and standardized projects and processes. Fadi then moved on to work as a Freelance/Contractual Web Developer for various companies from 2008 to 2009.
In 2010, Fadi joined DiCentral Canada as an Assistant Project Manager, and later became a Project Manager. Fadi also served as the Interim PMO Manager from 2013 to 2014 and the Project Portfolio Manager from 2013 to 2015. During their time at DiCentral Canada, Fadi gained experience in project management and oversaw various projects.

Fadi Abou Younes began their education journey in 2002 at Lebanese American University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. Fadi studied there until 2006. Following this, in 2009, Fadi attended Concordia University and completed their Master's in Quality System Engineering, specializing in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Fadi finished their studies at Concordia in 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Fadi has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014, Fadi acquired several other certifications, including IKO Level 1 Instructor from the International Kiteboarding Organization, Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C from the Canadian Red Cross, Pleasure Craft Operator from BoaterExam.com, and Open Water certification from IANTD. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to professional development and expanding their skill set.
