Serge Broslavsky

Serge Broslavsky has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Serge is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Collabora since 2023. Previously, they worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Upwork starting from 2022.

From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Linaro where they held multiple roles including Process Manager, Python Engineer, and Technical Project Manager. In their role as Process Manager, they were responsible for co-designing engineering and communication processes and developing process-related tools using Python and Google Apps Script. As a Python Engineer, they developed a generic report for GitLab CI pipeline based test run result reporting. As a Technical Project Manager, they managed core projects and played a key role in developing an embedded Linux project for mobile terminals.

Before joining Linaro, they worked at Accenture from 2006 to 2012 where they held roles such as Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Technical Project Manager for various projects. Their responsibilities included leading distributed teams, managing client applications for mobile devices, and liaising with the Open Source community for software development projects.

Between 2005 and 2006, Serge worked as a Teamleader and Systems Analyst at ISS International where they focused on developing and maintaining a multimedia distributed communication network front-end using Microsoft technologies. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Exigen as a Teamleader and Systems Analyst for multiple projects.

Their career began in 1996 at DATI as a Software Engineer, where they developed a CRM system for a large German insurance company. Serge also worked as a Network Engineer at DAN Communications, where they were responsible for developing communication networks, and as an Analyst and Software Engineer at Trigraph, where they developed UI subsystems for programming language specific tools.

Overall, Serge Broslavsky has demonstrated their expertise in project management, process design, software development, and team leadership throughout their career in various industries.

Serge Broslavsky completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Transporta un Sakaru Institūts / Transport and Telecommunications Institute from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they attended Rīgas Aviācijas Institūts / Riga Aviation University, where they completed 3.5 out of the 4-year Bachelor's program in Computer Science.

Before pursuing higher education, Serge attended Pushkin Lyceum from 1981 to 1992, but it is unclear if they obtained any degree or field of study from there.

In addition to their formal education, Serge Broslavsky obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in May 2008.
