Megan Elizabeth Smith

Megan Elizabeth Smith has extensive experience in education and administrative support. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning since August 2019, Megan previously held the position of Programs Coordinator/Executive Assistant at the Chicagoland Lutheran Educational Foundation from January 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing educational programs, coordinating special events, and overseeing professional development for educators. Earlier roles included an Education & Marketing Consultant at Funler, where Megan developed marketing strategies and managed educator outreach, and a High School English and Social Studies Teacher at Novato Unified School District, where credentials in English and social science were utilized while leading professional development initiatives. Additionally, Megan has worked as a tutor and academic mentor with Team Academics. Education credentials include a California Teaching Credential from Dominican University of California and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Sonoma State University.
